The Australia-Cambodia Cooperation for Equitable Sustainable Services (ACCESS) is aéfive-year, AUD 25M initiative (2018-2023)éundertaken with the financial support of the Government of Australia provided through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The initiative aims to improve the sustainability of quality, inclusive services for persons with disabilities and for women affected by gender-based violence (GBV). The initiative also aims to support advances by the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) to strengthen national social protection and public financial management (PFM) reform. The Program consolidates and builds on previous programming in the Disability and GBV sectors in the country, namely the Ending Violence Against Women (EVAW) Program and the Disability Rights Initiative in Cambodia (DRIC) Program.
