TA-6949 UZB: National Water Resources Management and Irrigation Strategy Implementation – Consulting Firm (53120-001)

The major output of the assignment is the capacity development at the national level to successfully implement the approved program of reforms under the Concept and operational targets established under the new National Water Strategy for 2024-2026. The TA has three main outputs, namely (i) institutional capacity assessed and strengthened, (ii) procedures for prioritizing modernization investments established, and (iii) improved sustainability and operation & maintenance (O&M) arrangements supported at national level. Relevant knowledge products are prepared, preferably in digital form, to support the capacity development for the transition process.
