Cowater implemented this USD $ 550 000 project in two phases from 2010-2011. Phase 1 consisted of analysis, and phase 2 the implementation of the new system. During Phase 1, we documented the IRC tax business processes and user requirements in detail, identified any staging required in implementation and defined the implementation schedule and timeline. During Phase 2, Cowater designed the physical solution, wrote, tested and integrated the required modifications, implemented the hardware and software in a test environment, carried out the change management of business processes, and carried out data migration and cleansing. In addition, the project team proceeded with testing and acceptance, provided technical, administrative and user documentation, provided user training, administration training; programmer training (modifications / support); established on-going support and provided hands-on support.
