Provision of Expertise to Support European Training Foundation Initiatives for Human Capital Development – Framework Contract

Cowater International (formerly Transtec) is implementing this framework contract, providing external expertise as and when required to support the implementation of the European Training Foundation’s work programmes in support to the European Union, capacity building, policy analysis, knowledge dissemination and networking. The priority themes cover qualifications and qualification systems, quality in Vocational Education and Training (VET), learning and teaching in VET, governance in education and training, employment and employability, migration and skills, entrepreneurship and enterprise skills, and innovation in VET. Countries where this Framework Contract is active: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Kosovo, former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
