Liberian-Swedish Access Driven Rural Development Programme (LISA)

The overall scope of this assignment is to develop a cost-effective approach, and sustainable plan and design for construction of village access roads and maintenance of feeder roads in Bong, Lofa and Nimba Counties, Liberia. The expected services are related to feasibility studies, preparation of detail engineering designs & bidding documents, supervision services and management of the programme.
