Cowater International (formerly Transtec) is implementing this multiple-participant framework agreement, providing expert services for mid-term and final evaluations of interventions (projects and programmes) in the following sectors: agriculture, inclusive economic growth, infrastructure, energy, and other productive sectors, as well as in the following transversal themes: gender, human rights, HIV/AIDS, the environment, and capacity development.
