Cowater International (formerly Transtec) is implementing this framework contract, providing ad-hoc expertise that supports: the financial and administrative management of a programme; procurement, contracts and logistics; fiduciary risk management, internal control and audit; management of programme administrative and financial teams; development or improvement of procedures; formulation of recommendations; training and staff recruitment; follow-up on programme action plans; identifying solutions for important problems and risks; and provision of training to national staff.
