Leader : Agence Française de Développement FWC Lot 2: Capacity Building on State Reform conduction evaluation, diagnosis, and capacity building in the area of State reform: civil registration, digital identity, public administration, central services, decentralization, restoration of State authority in conflict-affected areas

Leader : European Commission FWC Election Observation Missions (EU EOMs) to deploy 50 observers and electoral experts in third countries to observe the whole electoral process, and Election Assessment Team (EATs) missions to deploy electoral experts in third countries with a volatile security environment to observe and assess the electoral process

Leader : European Commission FWC Election Expert Missions (EEMs), to deploy electoral experts to assess the electoral process in the third country, (Exploratory Missions (ExM), to deploy experts to examine the feasibility of a possible EOM or EAT, Election Follow-up Missions (EFM), to deploy electoral experts to examine the extent to which the recommendations of past EOMs have been taken on board by the partner country, complementary activities such as studies or desk reviews on electoral matters.

Leader : Enabel FWC Evaluation expertise services in English-speaking countries to conduct country portfolios and regional and thematic portfolios, cross-cutting evaluations

Leader : United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF): Long Term Arrangement for Services (LTAS) for the provision of consultancy services in conducting Country Programme Evaluations (CPEs), Impact Evaluations, and Multi-country and Country-specific Programmatic Evaluations

Leader : International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) : Framework Agreement for the provision of services to deliver independent external evaluations related to the organization’s institutional strategy and core mandate

Leader : United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF): Long-Term Agreement for Services to conduct CPEs- Impact Evaluations, Humanitarian Evaluations, Evidence Synthesis, lessons Learned Studies, Multi-country and Country-specific Evaluations in East Africa
