Mousanada for Libya – European Union Support to Public Administration Libya

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to institution building in Libya in the context of stabilisation, conflict prevention and democratic transition. The programme supports public institutions at both national and sub-national levels, based on priorities identified and requests formulated by the institutions and/or initiated by the European Commission.
It aims to
Develop stronger capacities for rights-based governance in Libya through support to selected public entities and/or line ministries, and support to policy development and policy implementation in selected sectors;
Promote evidence-based citizen-centred dialogue and decision-making around EU support to Libya through multi-stakeholder policy dialogues with selected public entities and/or line ministries; and roll-out of a robust third-party monitoring system for EU-financed interventions.
