Field Support Services Project (FSSP) in Benin and Burkina Faso

The Field Support Services Project (FSSP) implemented by Cowater International provides a large range of services in local technical expertise, support to local development initiatives, administration, finance, procurement and logistics, while supporting the implementation of Canada’s development programmes in the region.
Initiatives Cowater’s FSSP is supporting in Burkina Faso include increasing the access to the basic education of girls and boys, increasing the quality of education, and adapting education to the socio-economic needs of children. The programme also proposes to invest in the protection of children.
In Benin, the Canada’s support includes assistance to strengthen capacities in the field of economic and public finance governance, support to SMEs, and support to vocational training, particularly in the food industry sector.
