Framework Agreement for Monitoring and Research Services across all TMEA Operations

TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an aid-for-trade organisation that was established with the aim of growing prosperity in East Africa through increased trade. TMEA works in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). TMEA also works closely with East African Community (EAC) institutions, national governments, the private sector and civil society organisations. Cowater International was contracted by TMEA for this framework agreement to deliver, through call down, a range of monitoring and research assignments across its broad portfolio.
